2nd and 4th French Horn with the duties of 3th French horn 1.0 full-time position starting from 1st January 2027 or as agreed The audition will take place on 24th November 2026 at 14:00 in the Congress Centre (Great Hall) The deadline for applications is 18th November 2026. Audition repertoire: 1) recital: W. A. Mozart: Horn Concerto No. 2 (1. a 2. movement) or R. Strauss: Horn Concerto No. 1 (1. a 2. movement) 2) Orchestral parts: L. van Beethoven: Fidelio, overture L. van Beethoven: Symphony No. 9 D Minor J. Brahms: Symphony No. 4 E Minor J. Brahms: Piano Concerto D Minor S. Prokofjev: Romeo a Julie A. Dvořák: Symphony No. 9 E Minor Applications with a brief professional CV and contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) should be sent to the contact below or via provided electronic application form. Please also indicate on the application form whether you will require piano accompaniment and let us know your selection of the horn concerto. Orchestral parts for applicants can be downloaded from the website www.filharmonie-zlin.cz. An invitation to audition will be sent to applicants after the deadline.
