The part-time Patron Services Associates represent Utah Symphony | Utah Opera as the primary point of contact for our patrons’ needs; including single ticket sales and exchanges, season subscription renewals and acquisitions, in-person assistance during performances and events, and ongoing fundraising efforts. The Patron Services Associate is responsible for building on existing, and cultivating new, relationships with patrons with the highest levels of service and professionalism. Patron Services Associates are offered flexibility when signing up for shifts during the week, with schedules offered during regular business hours (M-F, 10AM – 6PM) as well as evenings and weekends during performances; with occasional matinee/morning concert shifts.
