We are recruiting for the position of Principal Harp here at the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (NZSO). Candidates should display the highest level of ability and musicianship to apply. We welcome applications from musicians of all nationalities. Auditions will be by recorded audition only. CLOSING DATEAll audition materials are due by 11.59pm Thursday 29 October 2026 (NZDT). The audition repertoire list is linked below. RECORDING REQUIREMENTSOnly recordings that follow the NZSO recording requirements will be accepted (linked below). FURTHER INFORMATIONThe successful candidate/s will be invited for an online interview before a trial period with the orchestra is considered.
