The CBSO is seeking a standalone HR Manager to manage the HR function. The HR Manager provides a full generalist service to CBSO managers and employees; maintaining and leading on policies and procedures, advising managers and board members on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and implementing HR systems and strategies.
