Two inaugural competitions organized by the Associazione Oboisti e Fagottisti Italiani (Italian Association of Oboists and Bassoonists) in collaboration with the Politecnico delle Arti "G. Donizetti – G. Carrara" of Bergamo: (1) 1st International "Enzo Muccetti" Competition for Bassoonists (open to bassoonists aged 30 or younger, born after September 13, 1996); (2) 1st AOFI National Music Performance Competition for Young Oboists and Bassoonists (open to students of private and public music institutions, divided into 7 age/level categories). Both competitions take place in Bergamo from September 10-13, 2026. Participation is free of charge for members in good standing as of July 31, 2026.
