The International Conducting Competition Rotterdam (ICCR) is one of the most comprehensive career development programs for young conductors aged 23 to 30 years. The third edition (2027-2028) is stretched over two years, with live Selection Rounds (2-4 July 2027) and Finals (22 August - 3 September 2028) taking place in de Doelen, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The competition includes activities in Dresden with the Dresdner Philharmonie and in Helsinki with Lead Lab. Applications open from 1 September 2026, with an online selection round followed by live selection rounds where 24 conductors will participate, with 6 designated winners selected for all following activities.
